[comp.sys.amiga] PG to the amiga HELP

i bought this book and its very good.. but anyway
i mailed this guy with a check for the programs on a disk
that he advertised on the back of the book and have heard nothing
in 3+ months, is he dead, gone, a rip off 
any info appreciated.
