[net.general] Adventurer needs HELP !

I'm stuck in Zork II . . . I need help on the following:

   

     -        Moving the enormous Menhir

   

     -        Dealing with the wizard both before & after 

                        I conjure up the demon

   

     -        Dispatching Cerberus (the three-headed dog) 

  

Any help is appreciated (though hints are preferred)
