I just recently got back on c.s.a, so I must have missed it. I was wondering if somebody could tell me if Commodore is REALLY going to let 1000 owners trade up to a 2000, and if so, for how much. Thanx for the info ! Aaron Gonzalez jagbdcd%panam.bitnet@ricevm1.rice.edu

My dealer has told me I can trade in my A1000 for an A2500/030 for $2999. This is more than $1000 off his usual price for the /030. I'm going to jump at the chance this week. I'm pretty sure some kind of trade-in discount is available for other A2000 models as well. Steve Masters stevem@hal.CSS.GOV ENSCO, Inc. Melbourne, FL 32935

To anyone who is interested.... (grin) If you trade in your A1000, see if you can talk the dealer into letting you leep the CPU since he only needs the keyboard. I will offer $100 for a good WORKING A1000 512K CPU without the keyboard. Feel free to email. **************************************************************************** Everything I say is Copr. 1990, except the stuff I stole from someone else and the stuff I don't want responsibility for.
