I'd like to obtain a copy of the public domain cheat ( NOT a copy
protection defeater gizmo ) for the game S.o.T.B. It seems a splendid
game, but I just haven't the time to work through it the usual way.
Towards this end, would someone be able to supply the address of an ftp
site where this utility resides ?? Or alternatively, send me a uuencoded
copy of the archived program, docs, the correct version of virusx, etc.
I actually AM in possession of one copy of this cheat already, but it
simply doesn't work ... virusx wasn't included in the archive, so perhaps
I'm simply using the cheat in conjunction with the wrong version of this
virus progam ... the docs I have don't say what version I should use ...
but I have tried version 3.20 , which someone else on the net indicated
WAS the proper version, so perhaps another part of the archive is corrupt ??
Incidentally, I'm running SoTB on a 2000 with 2 megs of expansion ram
( a 2052 board ) ... the game runs fine without the cheat, but just won't
load if I DO use it. Many thanks in advance ...
