I am also wonering about the rastports and playfields..what are they..how to access them..(theory..or basic...I do not have a c compiler).. also..please reply by email..It is hard to keep up in Comp.sys.amiga and I could pass up your message. Also..abotu programming amiga Graphics in GFA-basic..I can call assembly and c compiled routines into my program...But I really need to know the theories or the how to of reading an IFF picture file..(say one created through deluxe paint III) and then how to display it on the screen.
