[net.general] Chicago Area Weather Service Description Posted

I have posted a manual and description of the CHIWX system to chi.general
and net.misc.  The net.misc posting is in response to several non-Chicago
area requests for more information on the system.  If you send me mail, I
will not be able answer until August as I will be out getting smart.
