I remember reading quite some time ago about someone (maybe Matt himself) who connected two Amigas through their parallel ports, and ran DNET over the link. If anyone out there has done this, please send me mail. I am particularly interested in learning how to wire the cable, what changes if any must be made to the DNET software to make it work, and how to set up the data files. My thanks. Steven Den Beste

There is not a version of DNET for the parallel port, but there is a file system for the parallel port. This might be what you wanted anyway. It's called parnet.zoo, and it should be available in the archives or on BIX or PLINK, or check your local BBS. ***** =*|_o_o|\\=====Doug Walker, Software Distiller====== BBS: (919)471-6436 = *|. o.| || | o |// "I try to make everyone's day a little more surreal." ====== - Calvin (to Hobbes) usenet: ...mcnc!rti!sas!walker plink: dwalker bix: djwalker
