["I grew up on a farm in Alaska. We grew frozen vegetables."] Ok Amiga dudes, for all you guys breathlessly waiting and wondering as to what happened to RJ after Epyx went Chapter 11, I just found out that both he and Dave Needle have started a small company in Palo Alto called "New Technologies Group". They specialize in doing contract work for other companines wanting to develop home entertainment equipment. Regarding Epyx, I recently received a notice from their lawyer explaining what kinda happened (there was so much legalese that I had a hard time following it). It seems that Atari failed to make a payment for the Lynx claiming that Epyx didn't fulfill part of their agreement. In turn Epyx witheld a number of their completed games. The document acknowledged that both parties wanted to get the games on the shelves asap as it was in their mutual interest, and were apparently heading towards some sort of resolution (couldn't understand that part). mike *** mike smithwick *** "E Pluribus Unix!"
