I have been using the IFF viewer superview. However I recently upgraded to an Amiga 2000 with the 1meg of chip ram. If I try to run superview TWICE it freezes the machine. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be happening. foy@aerospace.aero.org (Richard Foy)

I have noticed a similar phenomenon with Superview and FANG. I used to run Superview on my 2000 with Motherboard 4.5 and 512k Agnus. It worked fine. I upgraded to a 6.2 Motherboard with 1Mb Agnus and whammo. Superview no longer works at all. Instantly I get the infamous: Software failure -- Task held complete all Disk i/o.... then I get to talk with GURU for a while. Any idea how to fix this or if what the newest version of Superview is? -- =============================================================================== //X\\ | {uunet|relay} icsu8212@caesar.cs.montana.edu /// \\\ AMIGA HACKER | Murphy's First Law: (un-amended) /// Mike Stone | Nothing can possibly go wrong.

David Grothe, author of superview, is a member of our local user group. I'll forward your message to him, and see what he has to say about it.
