Two questions and a comment: 1) Anyone having problems with VirusX4.0 crashing their machine intermitantly? I HATE not knowing why I crash... 2) Anyone know of a program, or a way of doing a reboot with using a finger? ( or three?) I have heard specs on the 3000: looks much like the 1000 (smaller case), has built-in flicker-fixer, less slots ( has pc slots (2 i think)), ECS (no more), 25 MHz 68030 etc... , comes with 1.4 , authoring system. POINT: how 'bout people donate to a canononical list of the best and most useful PD software available? It really pisses me off hearing about people who waste hours every day doing *&^* they could do in seconds with simple software tools. I am very serious!! I took me a year and this job to give me enough time to collect the following bits of software. I don't want future generations to do the searching I did. My donations would be the following (please forgive me if I don't list the talented authors): Xoper, Snap, Scripit, Browser, ARP 1.3, Switcher... please, someone carry the ball, add to the list, spread the knowledge you have gained.
