The ".lhw" suffix indicated that you need LHWARP to process the file.  
This process takes the .lhw file and creates a disk from the data in the 
file, much as WARP does.  The big difference is that LHWARP uses the 
same type compression that is used in LHARC.
 
I believe the latest version is LHWARP 1.30, available on better BBSs 
nationwide.
