Greetings: Some time ago, I saw an article from someone about getting DNET running on an Apollo. I have tried to do this, with little success. I solved the first problem reported by this other person, but have run into many problems since. (The first problem is fixed by putting the BIND for the socket AFTER the open, in setlistenport). I can get an FTERM running on the Amiga, and this will correctly spawn a csh on the Apollo. I can do all sorts of fancy stuff like 'ls' etc., but if I try to 'vi', everything hangs. I cannot send or receive files, either. It appears that the code is trying to access the socket name DNET.3, but sometimes it tries to access DNET.<space>. I do not know why this is happening. Does anyone have any answers? Has anyone successfully managed to get DNET running on an APOLLO running BSD 4.3 (NOT AEGIS!)? Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers, Scott W.
