Hello, while typeing in some stuff on my Amiga 500, I heard a fzzztt...; the screen went dark; I said "Oh no"; the Amiga went down; the Amiga then came up again immediatly (cold reboot); The noise came from my power supply. The power supply has already done this a number of times. I have had my Amiga for 8 month. Have any other Amiga 500 users reported of this problem? --- * Via ProDoor 3.1 * QNet 1.03a3: Amiga Blue International (416)844-0465 Toronto (SmartNet)

Will an an Amiga configured for 110V/50Hz, and NTSC work properly on a 220V/60Hz, PAL environment, if you only change the jumper setting inside the Amigs A2000 (with the Fatter Agnus chip), to the PAL setting and use a suitable stepup transformer? Will the 10 Hz make any diff? Also, how well will the Amiga be able to stand up to tropical climates? I'll be taking My A2000 to India this summer, and since temperatures can soar to the high thirties or even low forties (centigrade of course :) and it can get quite humid at times, are there any special precautions I ought to take?
