Anyone know what happened to uxe.cso.uiuc.edu ?

I used to be able to FTP to there, but now it says "connection refused"

I've tried several FTP'ing from several places, but it still doesn't work
so I know its not *MY* machine...

Anybody know what happened to these guys?  Every time I try to do an
anonymous ftp to this site it says 'connection refused'.  Alternatively,
does anyone know where else I could get Fish disks 1-188?
