	I am looking for some statistics on software productivity
	and reliability. Specifically, I would like to get the
	following information if possible:

			1. Company name
			2. Project name
			3. Project size (KDSI)*
			4. Project type (embedded,semidetached,organic)*
			5. effort (MM)*
			6. defects reported

	From this information I will calculate the productivity and
	reliability of the software and post the results to the network.

	* KDSI = Thousands of Delivered Source Instructions
	  MM = man months
