[net.general] Digraph programs - request for info

	I am developing an application based on a 
mathematical model involving acyclic directed graphs.
I'll be grateful for any information anyone can give me
on programs I can adapt.  Programs of interest would
include: VDT representation of graphs, manipulation of
networks ( path chasing, etc. ), data base packages adapted
to storage of graphs or networks, user interfaces, etc.
PERT or CPM packages running on Unix might be particularly
useful ( though this is not strictly a PERT implementation.
