Hello net, I have a little teensy, weensy problem with UUCp v1.03D (we've all heard this before). When I watch a connection at any debug level my transfer always stops at a 'F.X failed 67 13' message and then freezes. The other favorite is 'expected packet 2, received 1'. Is the UUCP protocol so stupid that it isn't able to say "go back to packet 1". My feed simply continues to ENDLESSLY send packet 2. This happened repeatedly. I can't get anywhere now because of the F.X fail. I don't even have anything spooled to go out so it must be coming in. A file called D.blah[numbers].TMP is created and then stopped for no apparent reason. My feed site administrator isn't giving out shell account at the present so I'm stuck with an AKCS account and can't simply go and delete whatever is spooled for my home machine and is causing the problem. Help? Matt? William? ANYBODY?? PS. Please DON'T E-Mail. As you can tell if you thought about it, my E- Mail address is my home machine which UUCP speaking is decapitated. -- _ Craig Lemon // |_| Kitchener, Ontario \X/ | | M I G A Amiga 2000 -- 2400 bps -- AmigaUUCP 1.03D ..!watmath!xenitec!wcbcs!lemsys!clemon ..!watmath!xenitec!wcbcs!{_clemon|AKCS.clemon} ^^ Not Reliable Yet "Yes, it's my real name!!"
