I received several replies to my query and comments on the educational discount as it pertains to Peripherals and Bundles and some of them suggested I post here to remove some of the confusion that may have been caused by my previous posting. I was under the mistaken impression that I could NOT purchase the A2500/30 after 3/31 under the educational discount prices. This is NOT true, as I have been repeatedly informed. The 2500/30 is considered a CPU, and, according to the instructions, after 3/31, NO peripherals, including 1084's, 2286's, modems, genlocks, A2091's, etc. can be purchased under the educational discount UNLESS purchased along with a BUNDLE OR CPU. ^^^^^^ This was where I made my mistake. I thought that it said only BUNDLES, which include the A2000HD/PC and the A2500/30/PC, but NOT the A2000HD and A2500/30. I hope this helps clear up any confusion caused by my earlier posting. So GET OUT THERE AND SHOW COMMODORE THAT THIS EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT WAS A GREAT DEAL. TELL ALL YOUR STUDENT AND/OR FACULTY FRIENDS. GOAL: 10,000 BUNDLE (OR CPU :*)) SALES UNDER THE EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT BY JUNE!!! (Is this unreasonable? I think NOT!) Scott Sutherland sutherla@qtp.ufl.edu
