[comp.sys.amiga] Making Amiga.lib

     I found a makefile that creates Amiga.lib from the FD files on the
 Extras disk.  It calls for a program called APPEND.  Where is that?  Also,
 why is it that the files required to make Amiga.lib are freely distributable
 while Amiga.lib isn't?
