This was important to me since I wanted to hook up a MAC drive (case, power supply, etc.) to the Amiga and had no idea whether it would really work. After all, both are SCSI, right? I talked to their technical rep and he was honest, he didn't know for sure, but he couldn't think of any reason why it wouldn't work. He explained the 30 return policy (and the 1 year replacement/repair policy) to me, and I decided to chance it. He told me that the cases for the drive were backordered and it would be about a month before they could ship it. The drive arrived in 3 weeks.
