VLT (by Willy Langevel) emulates VT100, and Tektronix 4014 and a subset of
4105.  (This is the emulator used at the Stanford linear accellerator.) 
Varying quality emulations of the Tektronics 4014 commands are also implemented
on a variety of other commercial and public domain programs.  I'd suggest 
getting a copy of "A/C's Guide to the Amiga."
