[net.general] Info Requested on a Data Base

This is a request for information about a database system called:

	d Base II by Ashton-Tate.

Any information about its ease of use (especially in the area of
user interface programs), maintenance, etc. would be greatly
appreciated. Also, how easy would it be for non-experienced
programmers to use this system?
