I have a 2000 with dual floppies and one meg ram. The kickstart rom is V1.2. I am trying to add a GVP a2000 impact scsi/1Mb ram expansion controller. With the card out, it boots fine. With the card in, it does not boot, the screen just turns grey, with slightly diffferent shades of grey changing at about 1 sec period, and the power light glows brighter and dimmer, again with about 1 sec period. Okay so there is something wrond with the card, but can anyone tell me, based upon this description, what is wrong. The board has zero fast ram, and I have put in the correct pal, and jumper for 0 fast ram. The GVP is the only card in the expansion bus slots, and it is in the one closest to the power supply.
