[comp.sys.amiga] Ensoniq VFX SD Disks

A couple of questions:

1)  Does anyone know of an Amiga program that will read Ensoniq synthesizer
    disks; specifically the VFX SD.

2)  And/or, are there any ftp sites that deal with midi on the Amiga?
