[comp.sys.amiga] Speaker magnetic fields

Another possible problem with speakers:  The magnetic field can *REALLY* 
mess up the convergence on your monitor.  I bought a pair of small RS 
speakers to use with my 1080 when I bought my A1000.  I didn't thing 
about the magnets in the speakers and sat them on the top corners on the 
monitor.

Keep the speakers away from the monitor as well as the disks!

Radio Shack sells a set of speakers similar to their Minimus 7's that are
designed to be used with their TV-stereo-audio-only receiver/amplifier which
produce a smaller magnetic field.  The system (receiver/speakers) was intended
to convert a TV which didn't have stereo capability into one that did.
