A while back someone from the Mathematical Centre in Amsterdam posted an announcement of their implementation of GKS for UNIX, and gave an electronic address to send for license agreements. We did that, but our lawyers found that parts were missing (the Appendix and Schedule). Could someone you still has this electronic address, please mail it to me? Thanks. --peter gross
