I'd recommend Professional Page 1.3. The output quality of the CG Fonts is
better than that of the PageStream Fonts. Besides, the program crashes
less and is overall more professional. There are also excellent templates
available. I can't wait to get ProPage 2.0.

I don't like Professional Page 1.3 because it isn't reliable at all.

1. It doesen't print characters in large point sizes correctly
2. Sometimes it's unable to read the files it created.
3. It's painfully slow, especially with CG fonts.
4. It uses a lot of Harddisk space for font cache
5. It can't be customized on how much RAM to use for cache.
6. It prints much slower than PageStream 1.8

PageStream 1.8 is much easier to use than ProPage and offers more
features. It also has the option to show facing pages (a feature
that will be available on ProPage 2.0 [I've tried the alpha version]).

PageStream also consumes less (esp. chip-) memory which is useful
for 1meg machines. (It's a real pain to use ProPage on a 1 meg Amiga)

(I own both programs)
