Last night I saw a 24 bit frame grabber at work on a Mac, and to put it mildly I am now much more curious about 24 bit capability for the Amiga. What types of 24 bit boards are available now for the Amiga? Of the current digitizers, scanners and frame grabbers, which are ready and able to work with 24 bit boards? Specifically, could someone compare DigiView and FrameGrabber in this regard? I think a general review of how someone might achieve 24 bit scanning or digitizing on the Amiga would be a most interesting article. I'm sure it would be a big help to many of us. Based on my experience, it only takes one exposure to this capability to get you wondering how you might get the Amiga to do that. Ned Schultz nschultz@polyslo.calpoly.edu
