If you are a Commodore recognized user group you can qualify for some of the special offers that Commodore has from time to time. A while back they had a user group promotion which allowed the members to purchase a software package (included word perfect and bunch of other stuff) at an incredibly low price. Commodore sends all user groups that are registered free information about
new products, group purchasing, etc.
