Which RKM or whatever are the analog joystick specs in?

The Amiga Harware manual contains all the specs you'll need. 528K ohms
as published is not correct (for the pots). Approximately 1 Meg resistance
is needed to produce readings from 0-255. Adding .22uf caps to IBM analog
joysticks (~ 500K ohm pots) will produce readings from 0-255.

It sure would be nice if some of the software publishers for Amiga
flight/combat simulators would include compatibility with analog
joysticks...that an modem/nullmodem support.

Posting to comp.sys.amiga isn't enough. Call or write your favorite
publisher. Electronic Arts, SubLogic, and Spectrum Holobyte are good
candidates... A letter followed up with a call would be best.
