On Compuserve there was an announcement by Commodore for their CD-ROM machine. They say it will list for under $1,000 and have over 100 titles available for it, all ready for its release in the fall. This was all Nolan Bushnell's work. -- Ethan Ethan Solomita: es1@cunixb.cc.columbia.edu "If Commodore had to market sushi they'd call it `raw cold fish'" -- The Bandito, inevitably stolen from someone else

Nolan was brought in into Commodore when all was set and done by Gail Wellington's CD-ROM group. While I highly applaud Nolan's acquisition, it is really unfair to credit him with the thing. BTW, did anybody see the 3 min video that was used at the CES CD-ROM announcement? It was awsome! I was lucky to be around when they put it all together in LA. -- Marco -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= "Xerox sues somebody for copying?" -- David Letterman -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
