Below you'll find a copy of a poster. The group is a non-meat-market type social group for Jewish singles which meets monthly. This is the third meeting; special programs are planned for each meeting. Following the program, an informal atmosphere prevails while people take refreshments. If you're a Jewish single who wants to take part in an occasional pleasant evening of this sort, why not consider coming by? We'd like to meet you. ____________________________________________________________________________ Events of Quality for Jewish Singles * Ages 23 through 39 * * ******** ******* Singular Jewish * Singles * ******* ******** * * * * * MAGIC * * * * the art of illusion * * * * * * with David Lemberg * * * Monday, August 22 8:00 PM Highland Park Conservative Temple and Center $5 adm. 201 S. net.general is getting ridiculous! Why don't we abolish all the other groups and we can submit everything to net.general? I guess the other alternative is we can all Unsubscribe to it except then some other group would be used for the purpose net.general is there for, and then all this garbage mail would migrate to it, and then we'd all move to a new.....(ad nauseum). HEY! I just had a thought: Why don't we use the groups for the purposes for which they were intended????!!!! (starting by putting this in net.followup I hear!) Perhaps we could create a followup subgroup for every group and the followup command would send there instead of to the original group. All I know is that I'm getting out of this group if it doesn't clear up REAL SOON NOW!...'nuf said (especially in net.general further discussion in net.followup) -- Gandalf's flunky Hobbit -- Dave Mason, U.
