For all you guys that have complained about Technical Support at Oxxi, I have some good news. The reported problems were mainly due to the fact that after Jim Lampert left, the next two guys that were hired at tech. support didn't last more than a month each. There is a new guy now, Jim Curley, and after talking to him I got the impression that he can do a good job supporting my program. He is mainly and Amiga Video guy, but knows quite a bit about telecomm stuff.
