[comp.sys.amiga] MIDI interface recommendations?

I have an Amiga 1000 and I want to buy a MIDI interface.
Does anyone have any recommendations about which to
buy?  Are there any real differences between them, other
than the number of IN/OUT/THRUs they offer?

Any information is greatly appreciated.  I will summarize
and post if I get enough information.
