Yes, please post a summary of what you learn about which programs work on the A3000. I don't currently have an Amiga, but plan on buying an A3000 very soon now. -- Alan Bair SPS CAD Motorola, Inc. Logic Simulation & Test Austin, Texas abair@turbinia.sps.mot.com

The latest INFO magazine (July 1990) mentions that Commodore is producing a sticker to be put onto the front of Amiga software packages. The sticker says something like "Runs under AmigaDOS 2.0". This is to let users know that a package definitely works under 2.0. When assembling this list, be sure the software has been tested under release versions of 2.0, and not the late beta software that dealers got with their demo machines. Several important titles work correctly under release 2.0, but had serious problems under Beta 5. >-- >Alan Bair SPS CAD >Motorola, Inc. WordPerfect appeared, at first glance, to work correctly under Beta 5, and appears not to work at all (software failure before it even opens a window) under release 2.0. I'm sure they'd prefer that we compile a list of programs which worked under some version... :-) -- There are two ways to improve on human factors in computing: to make the programmers less stupid and/or to make the users less stupid.
