All, I have just gotten my A3000 with A2286 BridgeBoard (I'm using it now to write this!) and am very happy, BUT: When trying to create a pseudo-hard drive on the PC side, I follow the instructions exactly. I ran makeab to create a fake drive file in a directory, like this: makeab work:BridgePartition/fake_c I made sure jdisk.sys was included as a device in my Config.sys from the PC side. In short, I followed the manual. The problem comes up when I try to run PCDisk under WB2.0 -- it seems to run, but when I do a 'jlink', I get that the "Amiga service is not available". Running PCDisk from CLI seems not to work, either -- "Status" reports it not being run. Inserting the command into the startup-sequence has it show up under "Status", but the same error occurs. I tried doing this under WB1.3 (using the two-button mouse solution), and it worked fine. Is the PCDisk program incompatible with WB2.0? If so, are any updates pending? My BridgeBoard is pretty useless without a hard drive.. Please help -- Could the BridgeBoard support utilities actually be incompatible with WB2.0? HELP! \marc
