Got to see Amigavision the other day running on a 2000 running 1.3. The program seems very slick, though I couldn't get too much out of it because there was no documentation, and no one in the store could tell me anything about it... *sigh* Anyway, I was curious: AV was running under 1.3, but still had a lot of the 3D-look gadgets, and seemed also to be running the new standard file requester. Does this mean that the new standard gadget and requester libraries will run under 1.3? Are they supplied with the program? If so, will Commodore make these libraries available to folks who don't have the 2.0 ROMs? I ask because it seems it'll be a while before the ROMs are even available, and potentially a very long time before "everybody" has the ROMs. If people could at least get the new libraries on disk in the meantime, that would seem to encourage developers to make use of those libraries sooner... - Neil --==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==-- Neil Weinstock @ AT&T Bell Labs // What was sliced bread att!edsel!nsw or nsw@edsel.att.com \X/ the greatest thing since?
