Wasn't the restriction for purchasing under the educational discount system
that the payment be made in certified check only??? Could somebody clear
this one up for me? I'm planning to buy the A3000/25-40 bundle in the next
month and while the difference is academic, it might make a difference in
timing for me.

A Purchase Order (PO), is a form stating that they will be paid out of this account. Schools use them a lot. A check must be certified. This is an error in the original post. The difference could be $15.00, at least that's what my bank used to charge for personal check certification. They don't do it anymore so they made me a cashiers check; for all practical purposes, isn't this like a money order? So far, no complaints from C=, but then I haven't received my A3000 yet ... I'll keep you posted. Bill Ung ung@felix.UUCP
