[] Robert A. Peck 1946 - 1990 I attended his funeral Saturday morning. There were about 25 people present, including -=RJ Mical=-, Jay Miner, Nancy Rains, Rick Unland, Thad Floryan, Chad Netzer, Arthur Peck (his brother), and his wife Andrea. Rob and Andrea had no children. It was a Catholic service at St. Mary's church in Los Gatos, followed by his entombment at (I think) Los Gatos Memorial Park. Rob had been suffering from cancer for some time. Doctors said it had gone into remission. After returning from a trip, he was feeling unwell, and it was initially diagnosed as some tropical virus. However, after CAT scans, they found tumors everywhere. The doctors told him he had anywhere from two weeks to two months to live. Three days later, on July 3rd, he died. He was heavily drugged, and he died peacefully. His wife was with him. Following the formal services, there was a luncheon held at the California Cafe in Old Town Los Gatos, where memories were shared and toasts were raised. The people at our table (-=RJ=-, Rick, Nancy Rains, Cheryl Gibbons) started to joke heavily, and by the end of the afternoon, everyone was in good spirits. -=RJ=- delivered a wonderful toast to the memory of Rob, about how doing good things for others adds up and returns to you. Rob did many good things. He will be missed. He will be remembered fondly. Rest in peace. -------- People wishing to express their condolences may send mail to: Andrea Peck 24323 Mt.
