Is it just my machine that these won't run on? --- Chatterbox --- When I run chatterbox (just like the docs say) I get an error. the window chatterbox creates is there and so is the title bar. Just everytime I put a disk in, I get a "not a DOS disk" error. Now, I figure that chatterbox, while waiting for "diskin" or "diskout" (the only two options I was using), somehow screwed up the drives. When I exited chatterbox, operation resumed perfectly. I mailed Karl L. (the author - I could try to spell (read: butcher) his last name, but I doubt I could even come close) but I haven't heard anything from him. --- DiskTalk --- I run DiskTalk just like the docs say (all 1.5K of them!) and I get the title bar and everyting's okay. BUT, when I put in a disk (or take one out) nothing happens. NOTHING. I have a 3 meg 2000. (1M fast/1Mchip). The machine is about 2 weeks old. (fat agnus, etc.) I boot off a regular WB1.3 disk but interrupt the startup-sequence. I then run the program. Am I doing something wrong? Is it to much to ask that my disk drives belch and moan?
