[comp.sys.amiga] UUCP 1.06D and TxEd

In the UUCP 1.06D docs, there is a section on using the CED editor and using
the sticky keyword. Upon minutes of exaustive research, I found that you have
to do that with TxEd, too.

I set up the mail editor as "e sticky" and it works fine.
