A fault handler developed for MATLAB that works on post-ECO #7 VAX 11/780's, all 11/750's and (I guess) 11/730's for UNIX is being posted to the net under net.sources. Cleve Moler (the author of MATLAB) asked that in addition I post an availability notice for MATLAB. MATLAB is available in source form for TSO, UNIX, CMS, TOPS-10, VMS and others. There is $75.00 charge for handling. To get a tape write to: MATLAB projrect Dept. of Computer Science Univ. of New Mexico Alb. MATLAB is an interactive computer program that serves as a convenient "laboratory" for computations involving matrices. It provides easy access to matrix software developed by the LINPACK and EISPACK projects. The program is written in Fortran and is designed to be readily installed under any operating system which permits interactive execution of Fortran programs.
