Hello! I own an Amiga 500 and would like some advice on which terminal Program
I should get. I have 512k, so I would like one that does not take up ALL of my
memory (such as Online! Patinum, because I would like to run an interlaced
screen)

Patinum, because I would like to run an interlaced >screen) A great pd term program which is very popular at the moment is jrcomm..it is currently released at v.94a, and the author is soon to release a non-pd version (1.0) for appx. $30 (so the grapevine says..) The grapevine also says that the author will release all previous versions of jrcomm as pd when each new version is distributed.(i.e. 1.0 will be pd when 1.1 is released..) -Adin Burroughs U of F adb@beach.cis.ufl.edu

I'm new to the Amiga world, and my modem is on the way. Please recommend a good terminal program, whether PD or commercial. I need these features: o Kermit file transfer (preferably with the large blocks...error free modem) o x/y/z modem file transfer o Compatible with A3000 (just got it, aren't you jealous?) o Installable on hard drive (I HATE copy protection) o Multitasks peacefully If PD give collection & disk number. If commercial, please give price and (if easy) a good mail order dealer. Please e-mail. This group is too frigging big, so I might miss a post.
