[comp.sys.amiga] Please buy my Amiga 2000 and give it a good home.

jms@tardis.Tymnet.COM (Joe Smith) (07/18/90)

Alas, I can no longer afford to keep two Amigas, and must sell one of them
to pay the bills. Therefore I sadly must offer up an Amiga 2000 with hard
disk and extra RAM for sale.

Includes color monitor, 1 megabyte of 'chip' RAM, 4 megabytes of 'fast' RAM,
autobooting 47 megabyte hard disk with AmigaDOS version 1.3.2 on disk.
The hard disk comes with AmigaDOS installed, and several demos from some
of the Fred Fish disks.

Here are the prices I paid: (Original warantee receipts included.)
A2000 system box with 1 floppy drive, keyboard, mouse	$2000
A2002 RGB monitor (RCA model), with composite input	(included)
A2058 2-meg memory board with another 2 meg installed	$ 998
AmigaDOS-1.3 autoboot ROM, version 1.3.2 disk software	$ 50
1-Meg Agnus chip (part of the Enhanced Chip Set)	$ 78
OverDrive disk controller with ST-157N 47-meg hard disk	$ 649
							-----
							$3775
(If you were to buy a new A2000/HD with this much disk and RAM from
Commodore, it would cost $2788 with the educational discount, even more
without the discount.)

I'm asking only $2000 for the whole shebang. (I think this package is
perfect for someone who has an A500 and wants an A2000, particularly
if they can't get the educational discount from Commodore.)

Also, a 68010 CPU and Deluxe Paint and DigiPaint if you're interested.

My home phone is (415)790-0608, leave a message on the "phone droid".
