Where is xanth? And what kinds of files does it contain? Is it mainly
graphics, sound, pd utilities, etc.?

Xanth (really xanth.cs.odu.edu) is an aged VAX-11/785 running 4.3BSD
UNIX. It's located in the Computer Science department of Old Dominion
University, in Norfolk, Virginia USA.

There's three main areas of interest to Amiga owners:

/amiga -- misc amiga utilities, demos, etc.
/usenet -- archives of some moderated code groups, including
			   comp.sources.amiga and comp.binaries.amiga.
/incoming/amiga -- misc amiga stuff that hasn't moved to /amiga,
contributed by users via anonymous ftp

Xanth is accessible via normal anonymous ftp, or via the BITFTP server
(bitftp@pucc.princeton.edu)...
