Is is possible in Unix to have two seperate processes share information in each others address space? It is my understanding that fork gives each process an exact copy of the memory but not the same location. I have looked into exec.. but I really do not want to overlay one process with another. Can anyone explain this to me, I am still fairly new at Unix. Thanks. !linus!security!mmp Maria
