Are the VMS versions of lharc and zoo compatible with the Amiga
versions? I.e. Can I create an archive in VMS and then decompress it on my
Amiga? So far I've been unsuccesful... I download the archives to my amiga,
but when I try to decompress I get an error message: "CRC Check Failed" and
"skipping straneous/corrupted data" (that's for lharc, zoo gives a similar
error).
I'm using kermit (that's the only protocol available at our VAX) and
VLT to make the transfers. I'm specifying binary type when downloading to
the Amiga and fixed when uploading to the VAX, but I still can't get it to
work. Any ideas/suggestions, or are they simply not compatible?
