[net.general] Transmition phone and unlisted #

What most of the people with unlisted numbers who are complaining about
this don't realize is: IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU, THEY ALLREADY KNOW YOUR
NUMBER.  So why complain?  If person x doesn't know you, they can't
call anyway.
