I received 23 messages asking for the new split-screen TALK
(character-oriented WRITE), from:

John Nelson, the original author, and I will try to get a coherent
version together and post it again.  Naturally, since it depends on
Multiplexor files, it won't work unless you support Multiplexed I/O.
