I know how you feel... Hybris won't work for me either on my new 2500.
I think you're right.. the program cracks with the one meg agnus.

I think you are correct - it worked fine on my 2500/20 with 512K chip RAM in 68000 mode, so the 1M chip RAM is most probably the problem.
